Exactly 5 years after the ground-breaking ceremony for the PADO Shopping Park, the ground-breaking ceremony for the PADO Galleries took place on 28.8.2019. The PADO Galleries were built right next to the existing Pado Shopping Park.

The Pado Galerien comprise around 21,000 m² of lettable space and around 30 stores. The tenant mix consists of high-quality, high-traffic brands such as Billa Plus, H&M, Intersport, TK Maxx, New Yorker, Kult, JYSK, Mediamarkt, A1, Humanic, Pearle, Pagro, Palmers, Palmers Home, Intrend, Eisgreissler, Servus Restaurant, Reiskorn, Dampfbär, Apotheke and Reformstark Martin.

Together with the PADO Shopping Park, the PADO Galleries comprise a store and restaurant area of around 32,000 m² and over 40 stores, which is unique in Austria in terms of its high-quality tenant mix and size. The catchment area of the PADO Galleries is also unique in Austria. In addition to the core catchment area of around 100,000 inhabitants, potential customers also include the several million annual visitors to the neighboring Designer Outlet Parndorf and the Parndorf Fashion Outlet. A survey conducted by Standort & Markt at the PADO Shopping Park revealed that 4 out of 10 visitors to PADO have visited the Designer Outlet before or after their shopping trip.

We also want to offer our customers exceptionally high architectural quality. For this reason, the internationally highly respected architectural firm BEHF was commissioned with the planning. In addition to the extremely clear and practical U-shaped design, a cantilevered canopy ensures that visitors can walk from one store to the next without getting wet. There are also around 800 partially shaded parking spaces available to our customers. The catering area is also impressive. A huge covered outdoor terrace has been created here which, in addition to an event area, also has a large animated water area.

The opening of the PADO Galleries took place on 17.9.2020.

Erlinger Immobilien GmbH has built the PADO Shopping Park on a highly attractive property measuring approx. 31,883 m² directly on the new A4 (Ostautobahn) junction "Outlet Center/Gewerbegebiet Neusiedl". Due to the neighboring McArthurGlen designer outlet and the Fashion Outlet Center, this property offers a unique and highly attractive location.

The Parndorf designer outlet is highly frequented by several million customers every year and offers space for around 600 international brands from the fashion and clothing, sports, leisure, cosmetics, jewelry, accessories, etc. sectors on approx. 40,000 m². The ideal location on the busy east highway attracts customers from nearby Vienna, Lower Austria and of course Burgenland, as well as from neighboring countries. In addition, numerous retail companies such as Hofer, Lidl, Merkur and OBI are located in the immediate vicinity and in the nearby Neusiedl shopping park. An XXXLutz furniture store will also be built next to the PADO shopping park.

A unique and ultra-modern hybrid retail park with a total of around 11,000 m² and 415 parking spaces was therefore built on this site, which was officially opened on March 19, 2015.

The following tenants are currently already represented in the PADO Shopping Park: Billa, Bipa, Futterhaus, Roma Friseurbedarf, Action, Deichmann, Ernstings Family, Müller Drogerie, C&A Mode, Salamander Outlet, Hervis, Tchibo, Kik, Kellner Brautmoden, Würstelboutique and L'Osteria.

In October 2024, a state-of-the-art McDonald’s restaurant was built in the established retail park in Schlüßlberg (Grieskirchen district), creating over 50 new jobs. Currently, an additional 10,000 square meters of space at the site is under development.

In the heart of St. Georgen, a center of life with many possibilities, a marketplace with a modern food market, various small stores, a restaurant and several public and private office areas has been created. The 41 apartments on the upper floors all face south towards the traffic-calmed area. The commercial area on the A1 in St.Georgen im Attergau is one of the most attractive commercial areas in the Vöcklabruck district. In recent years, the area has established itself as a shopping destination by attracting a wide range of commercial enterprises. Erlinger Immobilien GmbH, as the owner of the commercial area, has thus generated added value for the entire region.

In addition to the Attergau municipalities of St. Georgen, Strass, Berg and Weißenkirchen, the catchment area of around 30,000 inhabitants also includes the entire western side of Lake Attersee with the municipalities of Attersee, Seewalchen, Nussdorf and Unterach. Oberwang and parts of Frankenmarkt and Vöcklamarkt are also part of the primary target area.

The commercial area currently comprises a Eurospar supermarket with more than 1,000 m² of retail space, a Hofer supermarket, a truck and car filling station and two rows of specialist stores (pharmacy, DM drugstore, KiK textiles, Huber Shop and CBR Companies with the Street One, Cecil and One Touch brands) as well as office space for Erlinger Holding.

In cooperation with GSG Lenzing, an MPreis grocery store was built on the first floor of a new construction project with 42 subsidized residential units. The new local grocery store thus blends in sustainably with the existing residential area. The opening took place on 3.12.2020.

The new OMV petrol station was opened on 17.12.2021 directly at the A4 Ostautobahn freeway junction (exit "Neusiedl Outlet Center"). In addition to 10 ultra-modern fuel pumps for cars and trucks, the filling station also has a VIVA store and a fully automatic car wash.

The new Merkur store was opened on 27.7.2017 next to the K1 Shopping retail park in Kittsee, directly on the busy B50 and within sight of the A6 (north-east freeway). A state-of-the-art store with a total area of approx. 1,800 m² and over 1,300 m² of sales space was built here on an area of around 8,500 m².

In the center of Sieghartskirchen, on Pressbaumer Straße, Erlinger Immobilien GmbH acquired a highly attractive property with a total area of 3,600 m². A SPAR food market with a floor area of 950 m² was built on this property. The opening took place on 13.12.2012.

With approx. 7000 main residences and approx. 2000 secondary residences, Sieghartskirchen is one of the most vibrant towns in the district of Tulln! The property is centrally located on the busiest road in the Sieghartskirchen area (approx. 7,100 vehicles/day by 2025). The surrounding area is made up of numerous housing estates.
