Once all the preliminary work has been completed, we will make you an offer based on current market prices and taking into account the potential of your property. Once we have agreed on all the details, we'll get down to business and submit a binding purchase offer.

On the basis of our offer, a notary or lawyer, whom we have appointed together, draws up a so-called registrable purchase contract. He also acts as a trustee with whom we deposit the purchase price. Once we have done this and both parties have checked the contract, it's time to sign it.

In Austria, a property purchase or land purchase is only completed once the new owner has been entered in the land register. We arrange this immediately after the contract is signed.
