The commercial area on the A1 in St.Georgen im Attergau is one of the most attractive commercial areas in the Vöcklabruck district. In recent years, the area has established itself as a shopping destination by attracting a wide range of commercial enterprises. Erlinger Immobilien GmbH, as the owner of the commercial area, has thus generated added value for the entire region.
In addition to the Attergau municipalities of St. Georgen, Strass, Berg and Weißenkirchen, the catchment area of around 30,000 inhabitants also includes the entire western side of Lake Attersee with the municipalities of Attersee, Seewalchen, Nussdorf and Unterach. Oberwang and parts of Frankenmarkt and Vöcklamarkt are also part of the primary target area.
