On the first floor of the St. Georgs Galerien is the restaurant area with approx. 266 m² and a guest garden/terrace with approx. 82 m².
The restaurant space is located on the most frequented main traffic circle in the municipality and is therefore in an extremely effective advertising location. As the restaurant is currently still under construction, it can still be largely adapted to your needs.
If required, additional space would be available in the basement for drinks storage, dry storage and a waste room.
